Roger D. Donoghue is a co-founder of Murphy Donoghue Partners. He leads the firm's Government Relations practice, specializing in legislative and regulatory affairs, lobbying, and business strategies.

Maureen Glynn is a partner at Murphy Donoghue Partners. Tara J. O'Donnell is a partner at Murphy Donoghue Partners. With more than 25 years of governmental affairs experience, Tara provides day-to-day client management and counsel to a variety of clients across varied industries, including biomedical/life science; health care; financial services; insurance; pharmaceutical; restaurant/hospitality; real estate development; technology; and telecommunications.
